About Us
AIM Incorporated is a 501 (c) (3) organization founded in 2023. We network with other agencies and community-centered organizations. We provide programs that help and equips individuals with the skills, confidence, and mentorship needed to excel. In addition, AIM is dedicated to helping women, as well as women who were survivors of abuse and those who were formerly incarcerated develop essential skills. At AIM, we focus on addressing the whole person. In addition, we are also geared to provide scholarship assistance for child(ren) of the women we serve such as school supplies, extracurricular activity fee assistance or children within low income households. We are driven by passion, commitment, and a deep love for the work we are called to do.
Mission
To empower our youth by equipping them with the skills, confidence, and mentorship needed to excel and to empower women by providing them with the support needed to rebuild their lives, become financially independent, and reintegrate into society with confidence and resilience.
Vision
AIM Incorporated is designed to provide a holistic approach involving career development, mentoring, housing assistance, and counseling. Together, we help our clients attain their goals, inspire hope, and motivate change. With AIM, we support the journey to a new chapter of strength and success.
