By offering mentorship, career development, and holistic healing programs, she strives to help these women successfully reintegrate into society and lead fulfilling, self-sufficient lives.

As Executive Director, Jacqueline Wade exemplifies compassion, dedication, and service. A Philadelphia native, she brings over 20 years of diverse experience in Coaching, Mentoring, Executive Planning and Administration, Project Management, and Information Technology.
Her professional journey includes roles at the University of Pennsylvania, The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Temple University, Northside Hospital, and Georgia State University.
Renowned for her vision, empathy, intelligence, and integrity, Jacqueline is committed to advancing the welfare of others and partnering with organizations that create positive change in communities.
Driven by her love for people, Jacqueline's mission is to inspire and uplift others, helping them rebuild their lives and achieve their full potential.
Family is central to Jacqueline’s life, and she is a natural motivator and life coach to her loved ones and mentees. In her free time, she enjoys creating art and abstract paintings, hosting “The Remnant Podcast,” and inspiring others through meaningful conversations.
Her passion for service extends through her roles as a Mentor and Ordained Minister, where she leads with compassion and dedication. She holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology, and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree. She faithfully serves in her church and community, and regularly ministers to incarcerated women in prison. Her life is a testament to service by uplifting others through faith, leadership, and compassion.
